Our Philosophy

Our belief is that yoga is feasible for everyone. This includes all ages, body shapes and sizes, all levels of health, fitness, mobility and yoga experience.  Our wish is to share our love of yoga to all who come to our class, we do this in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.  Yoga is non-competitive, it's about listening to your own body. Yoga can help you discover more about yourself, helping increase energy, flexibility and aid relaxation.  It's simple and it's for everyone.

Hatha Yoga is wonderful style of yoga that is taught at a gentle pace and excellent for beginners and all abililties. The class will include a demonstration of each pose, teaching correct body alignment that will help to increase energy levels, strength & flexibility while also centering the mind.  Students are encouraged to go at their own pace and modifications will be given as appropriate. Over time, the results are a strong, flexible body, a steady, smooth breath and a calmly focused mind. Our class also involves "breath work" and a guided relaxation at the end of each class.
